Every year, more than 200 American law schools indoctrinate thousands of future lawyers with radical, anti-Christian concepts and ideas.
So in 2000, Alliance Defending Freedom launched the Blackstone Legal Fellowship to equip a new generation of Christian legal professionals to defend your religious freedom for years to come.
Each summer, this world-class leadership development program provides intensive training to some of the best and brightest Christian law students in America and abroad. During the unique nine-week program, these law students gain a thorough understanding of the U.S. Constitution, accurate knowledge of our nation’s history and religious liberty, practical legal work experience, and career guidance from top Christian legal experts.
Blackstone Graduates Transform the Legal System
So far, more than 1,200 Blackstone interns have graduated from this life-changing program, and many are already rising to positions of influence and leadership:
- in government, as staff at the U.S. Department of Justice, for key members of Congress, as legal counsel for a governor, and as a state solicitor general
- at prominent national law firms
- as editors for scholarly law journals
- as law clerks for judges at state and federal courts
- as professors or instructors at colleges and universities
